Where sea meets earth in twilight’s hush,
Circe dwells where wild things rush
A lion sleeps beneath her tree,
Sunflowers flourish where none can see.

Hummingbirds flit through herb and vine,
Woodpeckers drum in rhythmic rhyme.
The air is thick with spell and song,
Where mortals come and don’t belong.

She stirs the dusk with whispered power,
Transforming hearts in one dark hour.
The sun, her blood; the sea, her skin,
All nature bends to her within.

A sorceress in solitude,
With roots, and wrath, and mystic mood
She waits, serene, where magic grows,
Wild beast and bugs bow to her throne.
