Free & Easy UK Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be received in their original packaging, complete with all tags attached and in unused, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

We will happily offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply follow the instructions below.

IMPORTANT Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be received in their original packaging, complete with all tags attached and in unused, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Please note that earrings and face masks are excluded from the return policy due to hygiene reasons.

1. Visit our Customer Services Returns page to notify us of your intention to process a return. You must do this within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Pack the items you wish to return with all original packaging, Bring your parcel to a local store - which store will depend on the returns service you select. This must be completed within 14 days of you notifying us of your return.

3. Once we receive your return and check its condition (please note that this can take up to 3 working days), we will process your refund. We aim to complete the return and refund within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the payment to appear in your account, depending on your payment merchant.
