"Ive posted a review already only for them to send me a response and not post it on here. So this is probably pointless. I cant use this bag. It overturns constantly rendering it unfit for use. They told me they were going to fix the issue and move the attached parts of the straps up the bag to fix the issue. I dont believe theyve done this, from looking at thw photos and seeing how often it is cheap in the sale. Honestly regret not getting a refund even though they know the issue is there. Wont buy from here again."

"I love this bag and the colour / pattern, it is so pretty. I will wear it for casual events and day-to-day in the late Spring/Summertime. Only thing I would suggest is I wish the straps started a little higher - their positioning means sometimes when I pick the bag up, the body turns upside down (and if I have a few bits in there, they spill out). Otherwise, I absolutely love it."
