"Jewellery looks good, but looked better on the website. Also, I had ordered two pieces and only asked for them to be wrapped as a gift; however both were wrapped and mislabeled too, so I ended up opening the one that was meant to be gift, as it was labelled as the piece I had ordered for myself. Unfortunate, as I will now give the present unwrapped, and I paid extra for gift packaging as well."
