"I am thoroughly impressed with the tote and can hardly wait to give it to my daughter in September for her birthday. My 2 granddaughters have Fable bags, I have one and now my daughter wil have one as well. I had ordered a bracelet at the same time and unfortunately was sent an empty box. I contacted customer service and they immediately rectified the error. I received the beautiful bracelet today and thus am as thoroughly impressed with Fable help as much as I am with their products.
