Free & Easy UK Returns

We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned:

• In their original packaging

• With all tags attached

• Unused and in resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

• Earrings and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item

1. Register Your Return
Visit our Customer Services Returns page and notify us of your intention to return your item within 30 days of delivery.

2. Prepare and Send Your Return
Pack the item securely with all original packaging and take it to your chosen drop-off location, depending on the returns service selected. Returns must be sent within 14 days of registering your return.

3. Refund Processing
Once received, your return will be inspected. Please allow up to 3 working days for this process. We aim to complete all refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Important

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, in resalable condition, and have all tags attached. Standard exclusions, including earrings and face masks, continue to apply.
