"They did not protect the bag in the shipping. No padding no cloth bag no indidvual box to store the bag. Not suitable to gift. The bag was threated like a 10$ bag thrown into a box. They couldve at the very least wrapped it with a few layers of tissue paper but this was not the case. Very disrespectful"
