Bag looks good but one

"Bag looks good but one side on my bag is different than the other. Where the strap needs to be attached, there is a red leather loop. On one side the loop is outside the bag where as its sown on the inside of the bag on the other side. It is also hard to close the clasp of the bag. I have to press very hard before I can turn the clasp to close the bag."
