A hand-painted, reversible Narcissus talisman pendant engraved with "Luck", paired with a detachable blue topaz-coloured birthstone charm in a crown setting.

On the front, white Narcissus with golden centres hand painted beneath a ribbon banner engraved with "Luck". On the back, a delicate engraved star.
