"Love the design: very neutral and elegant! Easy to clean on the outside. The only negative thing: there is no additional way of closing the bag. And ii is smaller then my previous backpack. Which resulted in over-stuffing at first. And if the latch can't properly reach or if there's to much tension from the items, it will open up. And there is no string, innerlining or zipper to protect your items from falling out or being stolen. This might be something to add in a future design."

"This looks terrific - perfect size to act as a handbag but without having to drape it over one shoulder. I specifically needed something that held a mini-ipad which I use when commuting, and this fits the bill exactly. My only criticism would be the lack of holes on the straps - I needed to make the straps shorter but there was only so far they would go. When I took it to the genius who does EVERYTHING I need with shoes, belts, bags etc, he said although he could punch extra holes (he did), he couldn’t cut the now-over-long straps, as they had a plastic ‘binding’ which would begin to come away if he left a raw edge. We’ve come up with a slightly Heath Robinson solution to the straps but it would be nice to have a bit more flexibility with these. Having said all that, this is a classy-looking product which will absolutely do the job and hasn’t broken the bank. Thank you."
