"The item is lovely, good quality, however I was sent the wrong item originally . I’d had it gift wrapped for my daughter, so I wasn’t aware until I asked her if I’d got the right earrings , and she told me it was a necklace not earrings . When I contacted fable , although very apologetic , no help was offered, I was told to return the wrong item . I didn’t feel comfortable asking my daughter for it back . So I asked fable for a discount to purchase the correct item , I was given a code for a 10% discount , which is offered to customers signing up for emails . The discount code didn’t work , so I ended up paying full price , 2 lots of delivery and the first charge for gift wrapping . My order had been taken despite, the earrings being out of stock and I feel that the necklace had been sent out because of this , even though it wasn’t correct"
