"Love the design: very neutral and elegant! Easy to clean on the outside. The only negative thing: there is no additional way of closing the bag. And ii is smaller then my previous backpack. Which resulted in over-stuffing at first. And if the latch can't properly reach or if there's to much tension from the items, it will open up. And there is no string, innerlining or zipper to protect your items from falling out or being stolen. This might be something to add in a future design."
