Easy returns

For returns of orders placed before 21 July, please use the Old Portal.

For returns of orders placed after 21 July, please use the New Portal.

We offer an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply follow the instructions below.

Important condition of returned items: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be received in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in an unused, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Please note that earrings and sleep masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

1. Visit our Returns Customer Service page to notify us of your intention to make a return. You must do this within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Print your return labels (a fee of €2.95 applies, unless the product is faulty).
3. Pack the items you wish to return with all original packaging. Drop off your parcel at a local shop depending on the return service you choose. This step must be completed within 14 days of notifying us of your return.
4. Once we have received and verified the returned items, we will process your refund. We aim to process returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, which may take a few additional days to appear.
