"I am extremely disappointed with this product. It is unbelievable that a necklace is sold with the pendant not even attached to the chain. Even worse, the only thing holding the pendant is a tiny jump ring that wasn't even properly closed. After wearing it for just two minutes, the pendant fell off and was almost lost. This is completely unacceptable. A necklace should be ready to wear, and the pendant should be securely attached, not left hanging on a poorly closed ring. This is a basic quality control issue that should never happen. I cannot recommend this product. If you buy it, be prepared to fix it yourself or risk losing the pendant almost immediately."
